Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending product returns on food products. This includes every Shaman Shack Herbs product until further notice. 

Shipping 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us if you are receiving the order from outside of the United States, and we can give you the most updated information.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our company processes orders on a weekly basis. We ask that all customers give us 2-3 business days to process your order. We ship usps priority mail. If you need to rush mail an order, or have a special request, please contact us so that we can discuss your needs. If you purchase over night shipping, or any expedited postage without consulting our office, we cannot guarantee same day shipping. 

Once our customers pay for shipping, and the parcel has been delivered to the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Shaman Shack Herbs Inc. If you have any issues with your shipping status, a Shaman Shack Herbs Inc representative will be happy to assist you in providing the information that you need in order to contact USPS for further assistance. 

Return Policy Shipping

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Products must be returned to Shaman Shack Herbs Inc warehouse prior to issuing any refunds. 

Covid-19 may inhibit this return policy, please check above on this page for the most up to date information regarding returns. 

Lost or stolen package

If your package has been lost during transit please contact USPS to file a claim using your tracking number. USPS automatically offers up to $100.00 insurance refunds, unless the value has been increased and additional insurance coverage was paid for when purchasing postage for your parcel. If you would like additional insurance on your parcel please contact us, and let us know. Shaman Shack Herbs Inc is not responsible for lost parcels, and will not issue refunds for lost parcels.

If your parcel is stolen, please contact your local police station to file a report. You will also want to speak with your local post office branch about your future options of delivery such as signature required, setting up a PO box, etc. The United States Postal Service documents deliveries with GPS information confirming where the parcel has been left. Shaman Shack Herbs Inc is not responsible for stolen packages, and will not issue refunds for stolen parcels.
